LOGO SETUP FEES
A one time non-refundable set up fee will be charged to digitize your logo. A sew-off sample will be created and sent to you in approximately one week for your approval or suggested changes. 

Setup Fees:

1-8,000 Stitches................$95.00

8001-16,000 Stitches........$125.00

16,000+ Stitches ..............Call for Quote

 

THE SEW-OFF SAMPLE
Once the final version of the logo embroidery has been approved by you, it will be assigned a number and remain in our files for future orders. Remember that once the logo has been approved it cannot be changed. There will be no additional setup costs for that approved logo embroidery.

 

RUN OFF CHARGES
After approval of the logo, a run off charge will be charged every time we embroidery the logo. The embroidery run off charge is a per garment charge. Run off charges are shown below:

  SIZE REQUIREMENTS
We will digitize any logo up to 4.75" X 4.75" in size. The average logo size is 2 3/4" x 3 1/2" and requires about 7,000 to 9,000 stitches. The final size is determined by the amount and size of small detail in a logo design, as well as requested location on the garment.
